The location is superb, just minutes from attractions.
The walls and floors were thin, making it noisy at times. We had to rely on the limited wifi, which dropped frequently. Additionally, the breakfast lacked variety, with the same options every morning.

I loved the location, just a quick walk to Sultanahmet Square! The staff were so welcoming, even bringing me tea. My room was on the top floor with stunning views and a private hammam. It felt safe and cozy. I would definitely come back! ☕

arriving at this so-called luxury hotel was an absolute letdown. the room was, quite frankly, too small for three people! breakfast was basically a joke, with coffee that tasted like it had been brewed weeks ago. i almost left a good review but just couldn't when i didn't even get a welcome gift—how hard is that?

Location near major attractions was fantastic. Just a short walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Really appreciated the excellent communication from the staff. They arranged our airport transport smoothly with a video guide on where to meet our driver. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. We loved having tea and coffee facilities in the room, especially after a long day of exploring. The room was very clean, with daily sheet changes. However, the building has no elevator, and we stayed on the top floor. Climbing those stairs was exhausting after a long day! Breakfast options could use some variety, as it felt a bit repetitive. Still, I would return to this hotel, given its location and attentive service.

The Deluxe Double Room with Private Hammam offers a unique experience that highlights personal relaxation. The room boasts a large, clean space, perfect for solitude while enjoying traditional Turkish wellness.
Humidity damage affects wall integrity in some rooms, while the bathroom door proves difficult to navigate due to a poor design. Additionally, the shower layout causes water spills all over the floor, and the fridge’s unreliability poses issues for those needing temperature control for medication. The elevator’s limited capacity can lead to longer wait times.

A Unique Stay with Modern Touches!
I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, especially the convenience of the private hammam for relaxation. Despite some design flaws, the surrounding area was vibrant. Future guests should explore local eateries for fresh breakfast options. Communicate with staff to personalize your experience—they're eager to assist!

It was just an appropriate option for one night in Istanbul with good value. The staff even helped me find a local spot for some authentic Turkish tea, which was a nice touch. Check out the nearby shops for unique souvenirs.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Blue Mosque and other main sights. The staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room to a larger family room, making our stay more comfortable.
The hotel is in an older building, which means rooms aren't very spacious.
